For orders within the USA, USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. We pride ourselves on efficiency and aim to ship every non-back-ordered book on the same day we receive the order, or within 3 business days at the latest.
BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
In cases where an item is back-ordered due to high demand or inventory shortages, it could take up to 8 weeks for us to replenish our stock from the printer. We understand that delays can be frustrating and we commit to keeping you informed about the status of your order. Rest assured, we will make every effort to expedite the process and get your books to you as soon as possible.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. In the event that the tracking information shows your order as "Delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local USPS office for assistance. Please understand that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays or issues that occur after the package is in the care of USPS.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If an order is 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' due to incorrect address information or other delivery issues, it will be processed as a return. These orders are eligible for a refund for the cost of the goods, but please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
